• PACAS Group, support group for parents/carers with autistic children, Term time only. Monthly 9.30 to 11.30.Come along and share your experiences over coffee. Held at Ramsey Community Hall

• Bumps and Babies drop in Weekly, Fridays 9.45 to 10.45

• Save a Babies Life - Courses are held on a regular basis, please ring the centre to put your name down for the next course.

• Baby/Toddler Yoga and baby massage. Courses run throughout the year, call the centre for future dates.

• Dads Group - Weekly 10 to 11.30, information and advice for dads. A chance for dads to interact with their children.

• Babies Get Together - Advice and friendship for first time patents and their babies. Health Visitor calls in to offer advice.

• Toddlers do lunch, prepare a healthy lunch with the help of your toddler and our Senior Family Support Worker - Denise. Call for further information and dates.

• Young parents and parents to be, a drop in sessions Thursdays 11.15 to 12.30, advice and information available.
